Enjoy a hands-on Teambuilding Experience, at one of the most beautiful Villas of 1600, with the kitchen set in the old barn with the old trough.
You will have fun together with your colleagues, divided in 2 teams, making your own 3 courses menù, including appetizers, homemade pasta, and dessert. Our staff will be the jury: the team which will make it better, will win the competition!
You will enjoy the meal you prepared all together, paired with our homemade wine.
On request: there is the possibility to add a Live Opera Performance, by one of our professional artist, to make your day even more special.

- Instructor was very informative and sweet. We loved the food and learned so much.
- My family of four were hosted by Lucrezia and Christina for a private pasta-making class and the experience was magical. The setting, an old farmhouse nestled into the Tuscan vineyards that provided our wine for the evening, was breathtaking. Lucrezia was warm and welcoming, and both she and Christina were excellent instructors. We gathered our ingredients from the property’s garden and then made two types of bruschetta, a zucchini salad, two types of pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Lucrezia and Christina kept all of us engaged, laughing and learning the whole way through. Highly recommend this experience!

Cesarina from 2023Location: Sambuca Languages: Italian and EnglishCooking is my greatest passion. I learned from a young age within my family, and I love sharing recipes and the old culinary traditions of my homeland, Puglia, along with those of Tuscany. I like to tell the story of certain dishes we cook, how they were created, and the history behind them. Seeing people enjoying themselves in my kitchen fills me with joy, and my goal is to leave them with something they can take with them. I offer my guests round-trip transfer from Florence to Barberino Tavarnelle.
