We will welcome you to our home in the middle of the Tuscan countryside where you can enjoy an atmosphere full of tranquility and relax while preparing the tasty dishes of our tradition. The products you will use are locally sourced, you will learn how to make bruschetta with bread made from ancient grain flour with ingredients according to seasonality. Ravioli handmade with flour from the Mill and stuffed with delicious herbs from the garden along with shepherd's ricotta cheese and to finish you will be able to make your own dessert ( tart or homemade jam cookies with our fruits or Tiramisu with Tuscan flavors).

Bernardo and his wife Carmen made this experience so memorable for our group of 9 girl friends. They accommodated a larger group upon request and made us feel welcome.
