A lovely way to spend an evening. Relaxed, informative & fun

We had a very nice evening together with another couple. Lara's home is beautiful and the view is amazing! We were really excited to learn more about making pasta and the site told us we were gonna make 2 different sorts. We sadly only made 1 sort of pasta (tagiatelle) and didn't learn as much as we would have hoped. We made the dough and spinned the machine but then Lara did the hard part and the cooking. We did get a lot of food and some wine at the beginning which was nice. And then made some tiramisu which was fun to do but since I have made tiramisu before not that special and didn't learn some "italian tips and tricks". In the end the food tasted amazing, we had lovely conversations and we had a nice time!

The cooking class was wonderful! Lara was so friendly and we felt really welcomed in their home. The cooking class was really interesting and we learned a lot. Kind regards, Franz and Elli

We had a fantastic evening with Lara at her beautiful home learning to make pasta. Our two children had been looking forward to it for the whole week and were not disappointed! We started the evening with some fabulous home made bread, some topped with tomatoes and some with cheese and honey. We then learned how to make pasta dough which we rolled into lengths of Pici. We also learned how to make Gnudi with spinach and ricotta. Lara showed us how to cook the food and it tasted delicious! The meal was finished with a lovely home made dessert. Lara was so welcoming and knowledgeable about her food and the seasonal produce of the region. It was the perfect way for us to finish our week in Tuscany and we will definitely be back another time.

Lara's cooking workshop was a great success. We were a family with 2 children aged 14 and 8. the view from Lara's home was impressive. We were welcomed with tasty snacks and drinks. First we made delicious cookies, then the best ravioli and some gnocchi and tagliatelle from some leftover dough. We ate the ravioli for lunch with some sage and parmesan cheese. For the adults, a delicious glass of local wine and cookies for dessert. All four of us enjoyed it, learned a lot and will definitely make our own ravioli more often. This workshop is highly recommended!
