We will start with an appetizer consisting of local cured meats, potato and porcini flan and bruschetta with with porcini sauce We will prepare homemade tagliatelle that we will dress with porcini mushrooms and to close in beauty apple pie with vanilla sauce. All accompanied by good wine and a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. I look forward to seeing you!
