As we gaze out over the Tuscan hills, we will enjoy traditional Tuscan dishes. We will start with a Tuscan appetizer consisting of local cold cuts, cheeses, and bruschetta. Then we will prepare together a dish of fresh pasta, pici, which we will serve with its aglione sauce.
We look forward to sharing the recipes and traditions of our region with you.

Truly a slice of heaven on earth. Her entire family was both charming and welcoming, making this an authentic Italian experience. - What a highlight of our three week honeymoon in Italy! Lara, Daniel, Sofia (and Black) were the most incredible hosts. They welcomed us to their beautiful home which feels like visiting a living painting in the Tuscan hills. We listened to good music, learned to make classic regional pasta dishes, shared in great conversation and finished with the most delish lunch. I can not recommend this experience highly enough. Her whole family is incredibly kind and hospitable — they made us feel right at home. The class was fun, hands-on, and full of laughter. My kids absolutely loved it!
