On Monday, we will prepare "topini" together, a type of homemade pasta typical of our region. Once cooked, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor with a tasty liver sauce, accompanied by a Chianti from Podere Lunardi. There will also be a surprise dessert. On Friday, I will guide you in preparing the dough for delicious stuffed schiacciate, which you can taste hot out of the oven, for a practical and tasty experience of the local culinary tradition.
