I will welcome you to my home with a welcome appetizer of mixed bruschetta. After that, we will all get our hands dirty. Making fresh pasta is always great fun for young and old alike: we will make egg pasta and the inevitable Tuscan pici, which we will then taste in a delicate cream of leek and yellow pumpkin soup and with a tasty cheese and pepper sauce.
We will end our cooking class with Panforte, our typical dessert that is prepared for the Christmas holidays. If you really want to immerse yourself in Tuscan traditions, you can't miss this experience!

Truly a slice of heaven on earth. Her entire family was both charming and welcoming, making this an authentic Italian experience. - What a highlight of our three week honeymoon in Italy! Lara, Daniel, Sofia (and Black) were the most incredible hosts. They welcomed us to their beautiful home which feels like visiting a living painting in the Tuscan hills. We listened to good music, learned to make classic regional pasta dishes, shared in great conversation and finished with the most delish lunch. I can not recommend this experience highly enough.
