Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We’ll welcome you by preparing traditional Tuscan recipes together, using simple, wholesome ingredients from our own vegetable garden and local producers.

We’ll start with an ‘improvised’ starter, consisting of a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by focaccia made with organic Tuscan flour. We’ll then continue with fresh tagliatelle with Tuscan DOP lard and shavings of Pecorino Senese, a rich and flavourful dish that showcases our region’s cuisine. Upon advance request, we can also provide vegetarian and gluten-free options, so as to tailor the experience to different dietary requirements.
