We are Livio and Noemi, a young couple of professional chefs, and Terracotta Cooking Lab is our dream.
Right from the start of the project, our aim has been to recreate a homely atmosphere that makes you feel at home. That’s why we’ve furnished our school just like a cosy little cottage. During the pasta course, we’ll be making three different types of fresh pasta from scratch (one long, one short and one filled), along with their accompanying sauces and a dessert. Finally, we’ll all gather round the tasting table to sample and discuss the dishes we’ve prepared. The whole experience will be accompanied by wine, warm smiles and a brilliant playlist!

Terracotta Cooking Lab is our project, born from the love we both share for spreading the beauty of cooking around the world as a true form of art. Our goal is to bring the concept of slow food into our cooking classes. We take our time, focusing on care, attention to detail, and quality. For this reason, we prefer working with small groups, ensuring that each guest receives the best possible experience. Our motto is “Feel At Home”, which is why we designed our school as a warm and welcoming little home. We strongly believe in respecting seasonality and the value of local products. This is why we involve our guests in discovering the historic Sant’Ambrogio Market, located just behind our school.
