Hi, I'm Carlo and I welcome you to my home to learn together how to make two types of fresh pasta and a classic Italian dessert!
We will prepare ravioli filled with tasty fresh ricotta and then spaghetti alla chitarra or fettuccine. For dessert, we will prepare a great tiramisu as tradition dictates, with ladyfingers, coffee and cocoa. The class is a wonderful opportunity to discuss food, special ingredients such as ancient grains, and our lifestyle!

- We had a fantastic cooking experience with Carlo. He was very informative and patient, and we learned to make 3 delicious dishes that were representative of Italy - exactly what we were looking for. Carlo is a wonderful host and we would highly recommend!

My fiancé and I had the best time, and we can’t wait to bring our families to Florence and do another cooking class with Carlo. He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. - We had a lovely time today learning how to make risotto, turkey rolls with a creamy cheese sauce and tiramisu. Our class included myself and my three teenage daughters. Carlo did an amazing job, everything was well thought out, prepped and he was mindful of individual needs and ages. I would completely recommend him the next time your small group visits Florence.
