Hi, I'm Carlo and I welcome you to my home to learn together how to make two types of fresh pasta and a classic Italian dessert!
We will prepare ravioli filled with tasty fresh ricotta and then spaghetti alla chitarra or fettuccine. For dessert, we will prepare a great tiramisu as tradition dictates, with ladyfingers, coffee and cocoa. The class is a wonderful opportunity to discuss food, special ingredients such as ancient grains, and our lifestyle!

- Our cooking class with Chef Carlo was one of the highlights of our Italy trip! The food was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and Chef Carlo's teaching style made the experience both fun and memorable. We learned so much, enjoyed a fantastic meal, and appreciated his generosity in sharing his recipes with us. We can't wait to try them at home. Highly recommend!
- We had an excellent and memorable experience with Carlo, learning how to prepare tiramisu and 2 pasta dishes. Carlo is patient--explaining clearly and demonstrating fully his techniques for preparing the dishes, while giving ample opportunity for us to have a full hands-on experience. We were able to eat the dishes we had (with help) prepared. We very much enjoyed our time with Carlo and look forward to trying his recipes in our home. We highly recommend a session with Carlo for anyone interested in learning about and experiencing preparation of classic Italian dishes.

However, this should not be an excuse for creating mediocre dishes: if they are not good, it's pointless for them to be healthy!
