Hi, I'm Carlo and I welcome you to my home to learn together how to make two types of fresh pasta and a classic Italian dessert!

We will prepare ravioli filled with tasty fresh ricotta and then spaghetti alla chitarra or fettuccine. For dessert, we will prepare a great tiramisu as tradition dictates, with ladyfingers, coffee and cocoa. The class is a wonderful opportunity to discuss food, special ingredients such as ancient grains, and our lifestyle!

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Carlo met us at the market to show us around. He expertly handled a change in menu due to my daughter's food allergy. After a short walk from the market to his home, we started a class that will not be forgotten. Carlo was very kind and patient with my daughter who's only cooking skills were microwaving. Now she can add homemade pasta, handmade ravioli and delicious Tiramisu. Thank you, Carlo!!!

In many cases, it is possible to cook great dishes with local ingredients, without compromising on health." However, this should not be an excuse for creating mediocre dishes: if they are not good, it's pointless for them to be healthy!
