- A wonderful evening… it might seem reductive, but it isn’t… Elena made us feel completely at home… we cooked, exchanged advice, and there was no shortage of laughter… time flew by with her… but you know, when you’re having a good time, time flies!! I can’t wait to try making ribollita at home again, putting all her valuable advice into practice!
- We did the three course menu with Elena, and it was simply amazing! Elena is a lovely, chatty person who loves cooking. We did the class with our 2 year old son who also got busy making pasta with Elena :) We highly recommend!

- Elena was so lovely and kind, her home was beautiful and she was a fantastic teacher. We also came with our three year old daughter and Elena was so helpful with her and she loved learning to cook the pasta! I highly recommend this experience - it was a short drive from Prato and we loved it :)
