- A wonderful evening… it might seem reductive, but it isn’t… Elena made us feel completely at home… we cooked, exchanged advice, and there was no shortage of laughter… time flew by with her… but you know, when you’re having a good time, time flies!! I can’t wait to try making ribollita at home again, putting all her valuable advice into practice!

- Our cooking class with Elena was a highlight of our three-week trip—our daughters (ages 6 and 8) declared it their favorite meal of all. Elena welcomed us warmly into her home and guided us through the process of making ravioli, tagliatelle, and a delicious dessert. She was kind and patient with the girls, letting them get hands-on with the dough and pasta. Despite a language barrier, we shared laughter, learning, and a wonderful meal together. It was a great evening—heartfelt, delicious, and full of joy. Grazie mille, Elena!
- Truly fantastic experience. I felt right at home…. Elena is a truly sunny, helpful, and very sociable person. With her, I learned to make some delicious Tuscan dishes that I will definitely make again. Her house is very welcoming, immersed in the countryside. All of this was accompanied by good Tuscan wine.
