"I was born in Romagna, but now after more than 35 years in Pistoia my home is Tuscany. In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. I love to make homemade pasta, bake bread, cook the classic desserts of the tradition."

: What an unforgettable experience! Our food-making lunch with Luisa in Pistoia was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy. From the moment we stepped into Luisa's warm and inviting home, we felt like part of the family. Luisa's passion for Italian cuisine shone through as she guided us through the art of pasta making, sharing fascinating insights into the history and culture of each dish. It was educational and so much fun. Even our 8-year-old daughter had a blast, getting hands-on with the dough and proudly creating her own pasta. Luisa's patience and enthusiasm made everyone feel comfortable and engaged. The food we prepared together was absolutely delicious, and we left with full hearts and full bellies. : My 12-year old daughter and I had an amazing time with Louisa! It was fun to learn old family recipes in someone's home and why Pistoia is home to amazing plant nurseries and the heart of Tuscan landscape design.
