"I was born in Romagna, but now after more than 35 years in Pistoia my home is Tuscany. In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. I love to make homemade pasta, bake bread, cook the classic desserts of the tradition."

- So enjoyed the authentic cooking experience from Luisa who shared her heritage, history of Pistoia, family stories, and of course taught us how to make authentic pasta! Highly recommend
- We love the place, the house, the information, Luiza! There was so much time for making the pasta, eating and having nice conversations,,,, feels like we’re quests! Our advice: just do it!
- Luisa, a very kind and helpful hostess, welcomed us into her home and shared some of her knowledge with us. At the end, we cooked together with her and concluded the wonderful morning with a good lunch, good wine, and lots of conversation. An experience to absolutely be had.
