"I was born in Romagna, but now after more than 35 years in Pistoia my home is Tuscany. In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. I love to make homemade pasta, bake bread, cook the classic desserts of the tradition."

- What a fabulous morning in this lovely lady’s beautiful home learning how to make pasta. My needs were thoughtfully accommodated (wheelchair user). My grown up son and I had an experience to treasure. Highly recommended

- Luisa, a very kind and helpful hostess, welcomed us into her home and shared some of her knowledge with us. At the end, we cooked together with her and concluded the wonderful morning with a good lunch, good wine, and lots of conversation. An experience to absolutely be had.
- This pasta class was so much more than just a pasta class. Luisa was warm, funny, patient, and taught us about the history of the pasta along with how to make it. We felt so comfortable in her home. It was a peaceful place- perfect for learning a new skill. We highly recommend this experience!
