Andrea, our Cesarino, lives in an apartment in an ancient building in the historic center of Pistoia, a stone's throw from the Duomo and everything that surrounds it, enclosed in a maze of alleys. "My passion for cooking was born in the kitchen with my maternal grandmother, who taught me most of the family recipes. Over the years I have become more and more passionate about cooking and I have developed what my mother taught me grandmother, using modern cooking styles."
