Your experience

    Italian cuisine is based on simplicity, the quality of ingredients, and ease of preparation. Pizza and gelato are great classics that you can enjoy and make in any season! We will prepare true classic Italian pizza: bianca (just oil), Margherita, Quattro Stagioni, Capricciosa, and Napoletana. I will teach you the tricks related to leavening, cooking in a wood-fired oven and an electric oven. And then we'll make fior di latte gelato (cream, milk, sugar) or stracciatella (fior di latte with dark chocolate). During the experience, you'll be able to savor excellent Tuscan red wine, Italian craft beers, homemade coffee and grappas.

    Thank you for the best meal we had in Tuscany! So much more than a meal. We learned to make our own pasta from the family traditions.     It was a delightful afternoon with Luisa learning know to make different egg pasta shapes and chocolate mousse. She was entertaining and fun to talk to. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. I love that the ingredients used are simple items one would have on hand in every kitchen, egg, flour, butter, cheese, spinach, EVOO and easily substitutable with other stuff. And the ratios are easy to remember as well. Highly recommend as an activity to do especially when you are tired of churches and museums. And home made pasta and chocolate mousse are definitely something I can whip up again and again at home. Highly recommend! It was lovely to sit and enjoy what we made over a glass of wine at the end of it!

    Ottimo. Luisa è bravissima a fare e insegnare. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo divertiti e abbiamo imparato a fare diversi tipi di pasta all'uovo casereccia. Abbiamo poi mangiato la pasta che abbiamo fatto. Consiglio l'esperienza a tutti. Grazie mille.
