Italian cuisine is based on simplicity, the quality of ingredients, and ease of preparation. Pizza and gelato are great classics that you can enjoy and make in any season! We will prepare true classic Italian pizza: bianca (just oil), Margherita, Quattro Stagioni, Capricciosa, and Napoletana. I will teach you the tricks related to leavening, cooking in a wood-fired oven and an electric oven. And then we'll make fior di latte gelato (cream, milk, sugar) or stracciatella (fior di latte with dark chocolate). During the experience, you'll be able to savor excellent Tuscan red wine, Italian craft beers, homemade coffee and grappas.
Lots of fun and very informative, not just about cooking but also the history. A bit of hard work but a very tasty dinner as a reward!
