Italian cuisine is based on simplicity, the quality of ingredients, and ease of preparation. Pizza and gelato are great classics that you can enjoy and make in any season! We will prepare true classic Italian pizza: bianca (just oil), Margherita, Quattro Stagioni, Capricciosa, and Napoletana. I will teach you the tricks related to leavening, cooking in a wood-fired oven and an electric oven. And then we'll make fior di latte gelato (cream, milk, sugar) or stracciatella (fior di latte with dark chocolate). During the experience, you'll be able to savor excellent Tuscan red wine, Italian craft beers, homemade coffee and grappas.

- We took a fantastic cooking workshop with Luisa! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt welcome in her authentic Italian kitchen. Luisa is an incredibly friendly and hospitable woman who speaks with great passion about Italian cuisine and her family. Throughout the session, she shared fun stories and facts from the past, which made the workshop extra special. Everything was prepared to perfection, allowing us to make delicious fresh pasta ourselves in a relaxed atmosphere. It was not only educational but, above all, incredibly cozy. We had a wonderful evening and wholeheartedly recommend this cooking workshop to anyone in the area. A unique and atmospheric experience that truly completes your holiday!
- We had a wonderful afternoon at Luisa's cooking class. So do not hesitate to book. Luisa is a warm and welcoming host who taught us a lot about making pasta. It felt special to be in her home and meet her lovely dog Summer. In total, we made three different types of pasta. We will certainly try to recreate this at home. Luisa's instructions were clear, and she also provided us with information to review later. Thank you, Luisa, for a fun afternoon that ended with a delicious pasta meal.
