We have selected a Cellar Wine from the Pratesi/Pistoia hills to accompany this dining experience. To conclude, you will be delighted with a Spoon Dolce al cucchiaio and Cantucci paired with a fine Vin Santo. Regarding main courses, I offer a variety of meats, from game to roasts. Don't miss out on my wild boar stew served with polenta.
