    Tigelle and Crescentine represent a variety of bread rooted in the territory, originally born as modest breads and later becoming emblematic of the Emilian Apennines. Together, we will shape the dough composed of flour, lard, yeast and water and then bake these delicacies in their characteristic molds. We will serve them freshly baked, accompanied by selected cured meats, cheeses and honey from local producers. All will be accompanied by a choice of wine or beer. To end on a sweet note, we will delight you with my cantucci paired with a Vin Santo Pratese. Welcome to enjoy the delights of Emilia!

    The traditional Tuscan appetiser immediately set the tone, showcasing excellent local products and honest, rustic flavours. The highlight of the meal was the polenta with wild boar: sweet, rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced, with slow-cooked meat that paired perfectly with a robust local red wine. To finish, cantucci with Vin Santo provided a classic and satisfying ending — simple, warm, and full of tradition. More than just a meal, this was a genuine taste of Italian home cooking, shared with great hospitality in a stunning mountain setting. Enjoy our typical Tuscan appetizers, along with homemade crescentine and tigelle. Our tortellini and tagliatelle are strictly handmade, while many consider my unbeatable lasagna as a specialty! Regarding main courses, I offer a variety of meats, from game to roasts. Don't miss out on my wild boar stew served with polenta. Spoon desserts and doughnuts complete the culinary experience, all accompanied by fine Tuscan-Emilian wines.
