My kitchen blends the essence of Tuscan-Emilian tradition, with an unwavering commitment to quality and selection of locally sourced products. Enjoy our typical Tuscan appetizers, along with homemade crescentine and tigelle. Our tortellini and tagliatelle are strictly handmade, while many consider my unbeatable lasagna as a specialty! Regarding main courses, I offer a variety of meats, from game to roasts. Don't miss out on my wild boar stew served with polenta. Spoon desserts and doughnuts complete the culinary experience, all accompanied by fine Tuscan-Emilian wines.

This cooking class was truly one of the highlights of our family's trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful home and treated like family. Our instructor was wonderful, and her daughter and family friend helped translate into English, making the experience easy, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone. We learned how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and created both tortellini and tagliatelle, along with a delicious tiramisu. The class felt very authentic and personal, with plenty of laughter, conversation, and hands-on learning throughout. The setting was beautiful, the food was incredible, and enjoying the meal we created together after exploring the property was the perfect ending. Our teenagers loved it, and it was easily one of the best experiences of our entire trip. If you're looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience, this is it.

Comazzetto Family (Ryan, Michelle, Juliet, Leo) -

We organized a bachelor party with colleagues, and it was a wonderful experience. Ms. Claudia and her family welcomed us into their home; the room with the exposed stone is stunning. We had a great time, and Claudia was very hospitable and helpful with all our requests. And what can I say about the lunch!! Top-quality and super delicious products!! We had a great stay, we will be back!!

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, warm and informal hospitality, spent pleasant hours, learned new things, ate well in excellent company. An experience to be absolutely repeated and definitely recommended to friends and acquaintances.

The traditional Tuscan appetiser immediately set the tone, showcasing excellent local products and honest, rustic flavours. The highlight of the meal was the polenta with wild boar: sweet, rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced, with slow-cooked meat that paired perfectly with a robust local red wine. To finish, cantucci with Vin Santo provided a classic and satisfying ending — simple, warm, and full of tradition. More than just a meal, this was a genuine taste of Italian home cooking, shared with great hospitality in a stunning mountain setting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic flavours and a love for wine.🍷

A very pleasant experience: we ate the typical Bolognese dish, tigelle, accompanied by good wine and good company. Claudia and her family were a wonderful discovery, both culinarily because she is very skilled, and as people because they welcomed us warmly. The location is super intimate, with a well-kept and comfortable atmosphere. I also brought my little dog, who made friends with Toby, the four-legged host. An experience I recommend to all lovers of good food and conviviality, we rated it a 10!
