It will be a pleasure to welcome you to my home in the Tuscan countryside. Together, we will engage in the preparation of three traditional dishes of my family: a stuffed egg pasta, tagliatelle, and a dessert typical of special occasions. During the class, I will share with you trivia and anecdotes related to the ingredients and recipes. At the end, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor together, all accompanied by excellent local wine. I look forward to welcoming you!

- A wonderful evening… it might seem reductive, but it isn’t… Elena made us feel completely at home… we cooked, exchanged advice, and there was no shortage of laughter… time flew by with her… but you know, when you’re having a good time, time flies!! I can’t wait to try making ribollita at home again, putting all her valuable advice into practice!

- Our cooking class with Elena was a highlight of our three-week trip—our daughters (ages 6 and 8) declared it their favorite meal of all. Elena welcomed us warmly into her home and guided us through the process of making ravioli, tagliatelle, and a delicious dessert. She was kind and patient with the girls, letting them get hands-on with the dough and pasta. Despite a language barrier, we shared laughter, learning, and a wonderful meal together. With her, I learned to make some delicious Tuscan dishes that I will definitely make again. Her house is very welcoming, immersed in the countryside. All of this was accompanied by good Tuscan wine.
