I will host you inside the farmhouse located in one of the oldest nurseries in Pistoia. In my kitchen, we will immerse ourselves in the preparation of numerous formats of traditional Italian stuffed pasta. I will share with you the technique for kneading and rolling out egg pasta sheets, using both a rolling pin and a machine. You will have the opportunity to create ravioli of different sizes and cappelletti in a variety of shapes and sizes. We will conclude the experience by making stuffed quadrucci, an ancient and wholesome pasta to be enjoyed in broth. I will provide you with detailed recipe handouts so that you can replicate the experience at home. You will also have the opportunity to taste the fruits of your labor directly with me or take them home.

Everything was prepared to perfection, allowing us to make delicious fresh pasta ourselves in a relaxed atmosphere. It was not only educational but, above all, incredibly cozy. We had a wonderful evening and wholeheartedly recommend this cooking workshop to anyone in the area. A unique and atmospheric experience that truly completes your holiday!
- We had a wonderful afternoon at Luisa's cooking class. So do not hesitate to book. Luisa is a warm and welcoming host who taught us a lot about making pasta. It felt special to be in her home and meet her lovely dog Summer. In total, we made three different types of pasta. We will certainly try to recreate this at home. Luisa's instructions were clear, and she also provided us with information to review later. Thank you, Luisa, for a fun afternoon that ended with a delicious pasta meal.
