I will welcome you into my home, located in one of the oldest nurseries in Pistoia. In my kitchen, I will teach you how to make egg pasta according to my family's tradition. You can try kneading and rolling out the dough with a rolling pin or with a small Imperia manual machine.

You can choose between classic shapes such as tagliatelle or farfalline, or make garganelli (a type of macaroni from the Romagna tradition) or inganna-prit (a kind of fake cappelletti). We will taste the freshly made pasta with a mascarpone and Tuscan sausage sauce. The lesson will be accompanied by a good local Tuscan red wine, printed recipes, and lots of tips and anecdotes.
