Let's learn how to make puff pastry by hand and with a rolling pin, using zero-kilometer flour and eggs, we will go on to prepare fresh pasta, tortellini and tagliatelle as per tradition and then cook them with your choice of meat sauce or broth!

- Warm and welcoming atmosphere, warm and informal hospitality, spent pleasant hours, learned new things, ate well in excellent company. An experience to be absolutely repeated and definitely recommended to friends and acquaintances.
- The traditional Tuscan appetiser immediately set the tone, showcasing excellent local products and honest, rustic flavours. The highlight of the meal was the polenta with wild boar: sweet, rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced, with slow-cooked meat that paired perfectly with a robust local red wine. To finish, cantucci with Vin Santo provided a classic and satisfying ending — simple, warm, and full of tradition. More than just a meal, this was a genuine taste of Italian home cooking, shared with great hospitality in a stunning mountain setting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic flavours and a love for wine.🍷
