Established during the period when Florence was the capital of Italy, these historic markets replaced the traditional farmers’ markets, bringing a new sense of elegance whilst maintaining their connection to quality and local produce. During the tour, we’ll stop at the most representative stalls to learn about local specialities, interesting facts and traditions, whilst sampling typical Florentine produce.
