Booked a cooking class with Sabrina for myself and my husband. What a wonderful evening we had learning to make and cook pasta and Ragu as well as Swordfish gnocchi. We then all sat down to eat with great wine and finished with almond and pistachio biscuits and homemade limoncello. What a fantastic night we both had and Sabrina is so warm and welcoming. Made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend and a day we will not forget

Fabiana was wonderful! She was so friendly and welcoming, and her kitchen was immaculate, with everything beautifully organized and ready for us to learn. She explained each step clearly as she showed us how to make pasta and a dessert inspired by the recipes her grandmother made when she was growing up. What made this experience so special was how hands-on it was. After demonstrating each step, Fabiana let my husband and me take over and make the dishes ourselves. We got to be involved in the process from start to finish, learning by doing rather than just watching. It was a wonderful way to learn authentic Italian cooking! Once everything was prepared, we sat down together to enjoy the meal and had such a lovely visit. By the end, it felt like we were sharing a meal with a friend rather than simply taking a cooking class. Thank you, Fabiana, for sharing your kitchen, your family recipes, and your warm hospitality with us. It was the perfect way to spend our last day in Italy! I plan to return the next time we visit. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants a truly hands-on, personal, and authentic Italian cooking experience.
