Sant’Ambrogio market is the second food market in Florence and the one where locals still go shopping.
It’s an authentic and interesting market where King Charles spent a whole morning when he was still a Prince. Stuffed with local vegetables, meat, and also fish it’s a great place to start our class by buying some fresh ingredients and exploring the most interesting stalls.
After the market, we will walk to my home and start the cooking class. We will prepare a bruschetta with fresh seasonal ingredients, homemade ravioli, and a dessert.

We spent the evening in Carlo’s home kitchen making pasta and sharing conversation. You can tell Carlo takes great pride in his work and is an exceptional cook. We have been in Italy for over a week now and this was definitely the best meal! If you wonder if Carlo is the right person to book with, look no further! It doesn’t get better than Carlo!
