My cooking is a reflection of deep memories. Everything I know, I owe to my grandmother's unconditional love for cooking. As a child, I spent hours in the kitchen, attentively watching every movement, trying to absorb her techniques. The kitchen was her sanctuary, and she rarely allowed anyone to help. I would simply observe from a distance, savoring and smelling her dishes. When she passed away, I decided to put on the apron and try to recreate those recipes, discovering with surprise that by watching and learning from her, I had internalized her movements.
