Every Tuesday morning, we’ll explore together the charming market in the heart of the historic centre, where we’ll discover fresh, traditional and seasonal produce. During the visit, we’ll sample local specialities and select quality ingredients, which we’ll then cook together in my cosy home. We’ll create bespoke recipes tailored to our guests’ tastes, including vegetarian and vegan dishes, making the most of seasonal produce and the region’s finest ingredients. A unique experience to immerse yourself in the authentic flavours of Tuscany and enjoy traditional cuisine just like a local!

Sara is simply adorable, graceful in her manners and genuine when expressing emotions. We felt wonderfully pampered by the background music, the flowers on the table, the ingredients ready to be used, and the beautiful kitchen. It was a gift for the two of us, for some special time together and it was exactly as we imagined! Sara didn't just give us instructions, she had us knead, mix, cook, and decorate. Wonderful experience!

My cooking is a reflection of deep memories. Everything I know, I owe to my grandmother's unconditional love for cooking. As a child, I spent hours in the kitchen, attentively watching every movement, trying to absorb her techniques. The kitchen was her sanctuary, and she rarely allowed anyone to help. I would simply observe from a distance, savoring and smelling her dishes. When she passed away, I decided to put on the apron and try to recreate those recipes, discovering with surprise that by watching and learning from her, I had internalized her movements. Cooking has always been an essential part of my life. I offer simple, genuine dishes rooted in family tradition because I believe that home cooking, made with love, is the true heart of our culture.
