A cooking class dedicated to one of Italy's most beloved traditional desserts: the tart. In an atmosphere scented with butter and vanilla, participants are guided step by step in the creation of this simple but refined dessert.

The class begins with the preparation of shortcrust pastry, the heart of the tart. They learn how to work flour, butter and eggs by hand to obtain a soft and fragrant dough, discovering the little secrets that make the base perfectly crumbly: the temperature of the ingredients, resting times and delicate workmanship. Filling follows: with fruit preserves, creams, frangipane or fresh seasonal fruit. Waiting for you!

Sara is simply adorable, graceful in her manners and genuine when expressing emotions. We felt wonderfully pampered by the background music, the flowers on the table, the ingredients ready to be used, and the beautiful kitchen. It was a gift for the two of us, for some special time together and it was exactly as we imagined! Sara didn't just give us instructions, she had us knead, mix, cook, and decorate. Wonderful experience!

My cooking is a reflection of deep memories. Everything I know, I owe to my grandmother's unconditional love for cooking. As a child, I spent hours in the kitchen, attentively watching every movement, trying to absorb her techniques. The kitchen was her sanctuary, and she rarely allowed anyone to help. I would simply observe from a distance, savoring and smelling her dishes. When she passed away, I decided to put on the apron and try to recreate those recipes, discovering with surprise that by watching and learning from her, I had internalized her movements. Cooking has always been an essential part of my life. I offer simple, genuine dishes rooted in family tradition because I believe that home cooking, made with love, is the true heart of our culture.
