Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Fantasy of bruschette or Eggplant Parmesan
  • Home made pasta
  • Dessert with fresh fruit

You will be welcomed into our 1600s Villa with coffee, we’ll walk through the property, the vineyard, and we’ll pick some fresh vegetables (seasonal: not guaranteed from November to April) and aromatic herbs from our garden.

Our culinary offerings celebrate the rich Italian tradition, with menus that changes due to the of fresh seasonal ingredients, in order to guarantee the highest possible quality. Our cooking class will begin with mixed bruschetta, prepared with our family-owned extra virgin olive oil for three generations. The first course is always a homemade pasta experience, the sauce of which evolves in harmony with fresh seasonal vegetables. Dessert will be fresh fruit, enhanced with limoncello.

Instructor was very informative and sweet. We loved the food and learned so much.

My family of four were hosted by Lucrezia and Christina for a private pasta-making class and the experience was magical. The setting, an old farmhouse nestled into the Tuscan vineyards that provided our wine for the evening, was breathtaking. Lucrezia was warm and welcoming, and both she and Christina were excellent instructors. We gathered our ingredients from the property’s garden and then made two types of bruschetta, a zucchini salad, two types of pasta, and tiramisu for dessert. Lucrezia and Christina kept all of us engaged, laughing and learning the whole way through. Highly recommend this experience!

Cooking is my greatest passion. I learned from a young age within my family, and I love sharing recipes and the old culinary traditions of my homeland, Puglia, along with those of Tuscany. I like to tell the story of certain dishes we cook, how they were created, and the history behind them. Seeing people enjoying themselves in my kitchen fills me with joy, and my goal is to leave them with something they can take with them. I offer my guests round-trip transfer from Florence to Barberino Tavarnelle.
