Join my cooking class where you will gain unique techniques and the best tips for making a perfect typical Florentine meal consisting of appetizer, first course, second course and of course a mouth-watering and delicious dessert.
We will put our hands in the pasta making tradition to prepare homemade pasta and then taste the dishes prepared during the class. It will be an enriching experience during your stay in beautiful Florence !

- Barbara was a fabulous host. Her home cooked dinner was delicious and certainly the best gnocchi my husband and I had ever eaten. Loved the whole experience of enjoying home cooking with a gorgeous host and beautiful daughter. Bellissimo! PS. I would love to know the gnocchi recipe to try at home!
- Barbara was a wonderful Cesarine. We really enjoyed her warm hospitality, friendly demeanor, and great food! She is a great cook that is easy to learn from and makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!
- Barbara is an amazing Cesarine! She received me in her beautiful home with a delicious Bruscheta and promptly made sure I felt comfortable even though other people had canceled and the session was just the two of us. She then helped me in learning and cooking delicious italian pasta and Tiramisu. I couldn't ask for a more gracious teacher or for a better experience in cooking! Can't recommend enough! Will be booking other Cesarine experiences in the future.
