Join me on a journey through Florence's vibrant local market, where we will explore the fresh produce and ingredients that inspire authentic Tuscan cuisine. As we stroll through the market, I will share with you my knowledge of how to select the best quality ingredients and how to distinguish those that are in season. After the market tour, we will head to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class where we will prepare three traditional Tuscan recipes. You will learn how to make a classic Italian appetizer, fresh homemade pasta, and a delicious dessert. At the end of the class, you will get to taste the dishes prepared during the class.

If you’re considering booking this experience, don’t hesitate; it is an absolute must! From the moment we arrived, Cecilia welcomed us like family. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for cooking made the entire experience unforgettable. She is an incredible teacher. Patient, engaging, and so enthusiastic that her love for Italian cuisine shines through in every step. We learned to make fresh ravioli with a delicious red sauce, authentic tiramisu, and enjoyed a wonderful glass of red wine along the way. Everything we made was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience truly special was Cecilia herself. She created such a relaxed, fun, and authentic atmosphere that it felt less like a class and more like cooking in the home of a dear friend. This wasn’t just a cooking lesson, it was a genuine Italian experience filled with laughter, amazing food, and heartfelt hospitality. - I had a really great cooking class together with Cecilia in her beautiful home in Firenze. We made very delicious pici with sausage and tomato sauce and Cecilia’s own bracioline rifatte. I am looking forward to visit Firenze and Cecilia again in the near future!
- AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Cecilia was so inviting and such a good teacher! Her home was lovely and the view out of her windows was spectacular! This class was the best part of our trip to Florence. We made spinach and ricotta ravioli, fettuccini in a butter and sage sauce and we made tiramisu. We already told our family back home that we can’t wait to come home and cook fresh pasta and tiramisu for them! We HIGHLY recommend Cecilia. 😊
