It is with pleasure that I welcome you to my home to cook traditional Florentine recipes. For us Florentines, genuineness is a congenital need, this entails the search for fresh, quality ingredients. When we cook together you will see that the simplicity of the recipes will yield a spectacular result. The dishes we will taste will be accompanied by the aroma of garlic, oil and herbs and excellent wine.

We will start with crostino with whole wheat bread and cannellini beans, a very simple dish, but with a special fragrance; then fresh pasta with tomato sauce, you will feel the difference of genuine ingredients such as tomatoes picked by the farmer and for dessert, Portuguese-style milk, the dessert par excellence in the important dinners of Florentine homes.

I enjoy experimenting and proposing new recipes, even those not typically Tuscan. Thanks to my mother, I have learned that classic recipes never go out of style. Try them for yourself: Tuscan crostini, crème brûlée, and homemade lasagna will surely not disappoint you.
