It is with pleasure that I welcome you to my home to cook traditional Florentine recipes. For us Florentines, authenticity is a congenital necessity, which involves the search for fresh and quality ingredients. When we cook together, you will see that the simplicity of the recipes gives a spectacular result. The dishes will arrive on the table preceded by the aroma of garlic, oil, and herbs, accompanied by excellent wine.
We start with the crostino with whole grain bread and cannellini beans, a very simple dish, but with a special aroma; then the fresh pasta with tomato, you will feel the difference in genuine ingredients like tomatoes picked by the farmer and for dessert, Portuguese milk, the quintessential sweet in important dinners in Florentine homes.
I'm waiting for you!

Cesarina from 2023Location: Florence Languages: Italian and EnglishI enjoy experimenting and proposing new recipes, even those not typically Tuscan. Thanks to my mother, I have learned that classic recipes never go out of style. Try them for yourself: Tuscan crostini, crème brûlée, and homemade lasagna will surely not disappoint you.
