Let's have fun together in this experience on teaching the preparation of a typical Florentine meal starting from buying excellent raw materials at the local market to tasting them in the garden in the beautiful season! We will be able to choose together what is to your liking so that you can cook your favorite dishes or that you are most curious to try... you will thus get a 'completely personalized experience and that will enrich your stay in my beautiful city .
This is also a valuable occasion for me as I have the opportunity to receive guests from all over the world and this always enriches the day spent together

- Barbara was a fabulous host. Her home cooked dinner was delicious and certainly the best gnocchi my husband and I had ever eaten. Loved the whole experience of enjoying home cooking with a gorgeous host and beautiful daughter. Bellissimo! PS. I would love to know the gnocchi recipe to try at home!
- Barbara was a wonderful Cesarine. We really enjoyed her warm hospitality, friendly demeanor, and great food! She is a great cook that is easy to learn from and makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!
- Barbara is an amazing Cesarine! She received me in her beautiful home with a delicious Bruscheta and promptly made sure I felt comfortable even though other people had canceled and the session was just the two of us. She then helped me in learning and cooking delicious italian pasta and Tiramisu. I couldn't ask for a more gracious teacher or for a better experience in cooking! Can't recommend enough! Will be booking other Cesarine experiences in the future.
