However, this should not be an excuse for creating mediocre dishes: if they are not good, it's pointless for them to be healthy!

- We had a fantastic cooking experience with Carlo. He was very informative and patient, and we learned to make 3 delicious dishes that were representative of Italy - exactly what we were looking for. Carlo is a wonderful host and we would highly recommend!
- Carlo was extremely knowledgeable with the process of making pasta and tiramisu. We ended making two different pastas! My fiancé and I had the best time, and we can’t wait to bring our families to Florence and do another cooking class with Carlo. He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I could not recommend his cooking class more!

- We had a lovely time today learning how to make risotto, turkey rolls with a creamy cheese sauce and tiramisu. Our class included myself and my three teenage daughters. Carlo did an amazing job, everything was well thought out, prepped and he was mindful of individual needs and ages. I would completely recommend him the next time your small group visits Florence.
