: Francesca was an amazing cooking teacher and so welcoming. We learned so much from her and her delicious recipes. Would definitely recommend.
: Francesca was a wonderful teacher, an amazing cook, and a lovely host. I took a class in her Florence home, which offered insight into everyday life in Italy. Her home - along with her artwork - is gorgeous! I hope to come back and take her class just outside Florence in the countryside next time.

: Francesca’s cooking class was better than we could have imagined! We signed up for our honeymoon, which easily became one of our favorite days. Francesca is so warm and welcoming as she invited us into her home. She had the eggs, flour and work stations ready and waiting for us. We made two types of pastas and tiramisu. Was absolutely delicious and created the best memories. Beyond happy to bring home our newly learned knowledge of pasta making. Highly recommend Francesca, she will make the evening perfect!
: Great experience!! This was a private in home lesson. Francesca was warm and inviting, really sweet and patient. My wife is vegan so Francesca guided us in making panzanela (spelling?), potato gnocchi with a fresh tomato sauce & a simple dessert which I cannot pronounce. I can't wait to attempt to re-create the recipes at home. I would definitely recommend her cooking class/lesson to anyone interested. Grazie mille Francesca!!
