- We had such a fantastic time with Tamara and Alfredo! We spent about three hours making two pizzas: a classic margherita and one with potatoes, and finished with an absolutely incredible tiramisu. The whole experience was easily one of the highlights of our trip! Alfredo and Tamara are so kind, warm, and easy to talk to (and were very paitent while I tried to practice my rusty Italian!). It honestly felt like cooking with friends rather than attending a class. The experience was more observational than fully hands-on, and everything was explained clearly and the recipes were easy to follow, so I am really looking forward to recreating everything at home. The pizzas turned out delicious (especially with potato!), and the tiramisu was next level good. I would absolutely 100% recommend this experience, not just as a cooking class, but as a chance to connect, share stories, and experience real Italian hospitality in such a personal way. Looking forward to coming back :)
- Today we spent a simply wonderful afternoon with Tamara and Alfredo. They are two incredibly warm, attentive, and genuine hosts: from the first moment we felt truly welcome. We participated in a cooking class to make homemade pappardelle and tagliatelle, and not only did we learn the secrets of Italian pasta – probably the best in the world – but we also enjoyed a truly exceptional creamy tomato sauce and a special, unique and delicious pesto. The whole thing was crowned with a simply fantastic tiramisu. It was a real pleasure to learn from them, cook together and share an authentic moment of Italian life. You can feel their passion, generosity and love for cooking and hospitality. Thank you from the heart, Tamara and Alfredo, for this special experience. We highly recommend it!
