- We had the best time with Alfredo and Tamara! They are the sweetest couple, and we loved getting to know them. Alfredo is an amazing chef who made us feel confident that we could make these authentic recipes on our own. Tamara is such a great host that makes you feel so comfortable in their home. We started off making bruschetta that was so great and fresh. Then we made the most delicious ricotta tortelli. Alfredo taught us the best way to make the pasta shells that we can’t wait to impress our friends and family with. We finished it off with the best tiramisu we’ve ever had. We wanted to lick the bowls clean! If you’re looking for an authentic private Italian cooking class, you can’t do any better than with these two! They even gave us the cutest souvenirs to bring home that we will cherish forever. We are looking forward to making the recipes on our own when we get home and sending them pictures!
