Just a few minutes from the center of Florence, in a welcoming and refined setting, our fresh egg pasta cooking class includes the preparation of the ancient Tortelli del Mugello and the famous Tortellino di Bologna. Those who want to get their hands dirty have their own workstation. First, we prepare the fillings, then we make the dough for the pasta with flour and eggs, which we knead until very thin and cut into squares. Finally, we close the Tortelli and Tortellini by hand. We will taste the Tortellini in broth or, for those who don't like it, with a Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce. We will season the Tortelli with an excellent Alfredo sauce, fresh tomatoes, and onions. Finally, Tamara will delight us with her exquisite Tiramisu.
