Livio e Noemi

We are Livio and Noemi, a young couple in life and work, and professional chefs.Terracotta Cooking Lab is our project, born from the love we both share for spreading the beauty of cooking around the world as a true form of art.Our goal is to bring the concept of slow food into our cooking classes. We take our time, focusing on care, attention to detail, and quality. For this reason, we prefer working with small groups, ensuring that each guest receives the best possible experience.Our motto is “Feel At Home”, which is why we designed our school as a warm and welcoming little home.We strongly believe in respecting seasonality and the value of local products. This is why we involve our guests in discovering the historic Sant’Ambrogio Market, located just behind our school.
