I love cooking the dishes that have been passed down through my family and are part of my homeland’s culinary tradition, such as pici, as I am originally from Montepulciano, as well as dishes from the city that welcomed me, Florence, such as peposo and Florentine steak. I also love preparing traditional desserts, such as schiacciata alla fiorentina, as well as internationally renowned ones, such as tiramisu.
