Just minutes from the center of Florence, in a cozy and refined setting, a traditional cooking class with three enjoyable and unforgettable recipes. Alfredo and Tamara's cooking is: mom's cooking made with our hands, and hopefully after the course your hands will enjoy making mom's dishes. You will learn with our guide how to make pici, crescentine and mascarpone: at the end of the course we will taste the preparations made together, with good Tuscan wine, water and coffee. What we are interested in, is providing you with the tools to know how to handle the recipes on your own at home. We will reveal the family secrets for making crescentine, pici and tiramisu, three gastronomic masterpieces.
