At the end of the cooking class, we’ll savor the dishes we’ve prepared together, paired with excellent Tuscan wine, water, and coffee. Under our expert guidance, you’ll learn how to hand-make traditional pici and tortelli. Our goal is to equip you with the skills to recreate these recipes at home, because there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of enjoying a plate of pasta made with your own hands. We’ll share our family secrets for crafting pici and tortelli!
