At the end of the cooking class, we’ll savor the dishes we’ve prepared together, paired with excellent Tuscan wine, water, and coffee. Under our expert guidance, you’ll learn how to hand-make traditional pici and tortelli. Our goal is to equip you with the skills to recreate these recipes at home, because there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of enjoying a plate of pasta made with your own hands. We’ll share our family secrets for crafting pici and tortelli!

The fried pizza is something we all enjoyed and had never experienced before! This was our favorite! This tour gave us the feeling of a true Florence experience with a family and friends from Florence.
