Under our expert guidance, you’ll learn how to hand-make traditional pici and tortelli. Our goal is to equip you with the skills to recreate these recipes at home, because there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of enjoying a plate of pasta made with your own hands. We’ll share our family secrets for crafting pici and tortelli!

Tamara and Alfredo make a great team toghether and they do it easy for as to learn how to make pasta. Alfredo is a master chef and we loved seeing his passion in his cooking.
