We are waiting for you at our home, Cesarini of the city of Florence, where you will participate in the cooking demo of Peposo alla fornarina, the old recipe of peasants and nobles of Tuscan cuisine. We will prepare with you Pici, which can be considered the ancestors of spaghetti. At the end of the evening, we will give you a copy of our notes, written in your own language, with recipes from the menu, and secrets for making Pici.

- We had the time of our lives with Tamara and Alfredo! They went out of their way to welcome us and to get everyone involved in the pastamaking. Even the little kids enjoyed it, making ravioli together with Alfredo! And then we had dinner together - a rare and special experience!!!! Excellent food and impeccabile and affectionate hospitality. A very special evening indeed!!

- Tamara and Alfredo were the best! Alfredo was the best chef and made learning how to make the three different kinds of pasta so easy to follow. They were both so hospitable and fun, it was like having your own Italian grandparents teach you! We would recommend them a hundred times! Tamara is so sweet she took a bunch of photos for us and is sending us the recipes we made together for us to attempt to recreate at home!
