: Tamara and Alfredo couldn't have been more welcoming. My daughter and I attended the tortellini bolognesi and tortelli class and we left with a wealth of knowledge, inspiration, fun, and bellies full of laughter and the most delicious food we've ever had! The authenticity of the cooking, the care, knowledge, and professionalism of both Tamara and Alfredo, mixed with their warmth and humour, made it the perfect experience. We are definitely going to try and go back for more lessons!

: We had an amazing and super delicious cooking class with Tamara e Alfredo. Jessie and I loved the entire experience. Tamara and Alfredo make a great team toghether and they do it easy for as to learn how to make pasta. Alfredo is a master chef and we loved seeing his passion in his cooking. I can wait to bring my husband to Italy and I will make sure to sing us up for the class of pasta and tiramisu
