Tamara and Alfredo, lovers of good food and fine wine, a Doctor and an Art Master, with an immense passion for traditional Tuscan cuisine, a magical ingredient capable of stirring emotions and making everything the best ever. A great love for cooking that we enjoy sharing, which you will find in every dish we prepare.

- We had an amazing and super delicious cooking class with Tamara e Alfredo. Jessie and I loved the entire experience. Tamara and Alfredo make a great team toghether and they do it easy for as to learn how to make pasta. Alfredo is a master chef and we loved seeing his passion in his cooking. I can wait to bring my husband to Italy and I will make sure to sing us up for the class of pasta and tiramisu

- We had a wonderful evening with Alfredo and Tamara in their pasta making class. The evening was a fun mix of hands on pasta making and time to chat with Tamara and Alfredo to learn about their Florentine life. Alfredo makes a delicious pasta and we enjoyed learning three types of pasta. We ate the pasta with a delicious bottle of wine. Tamara did a wonderful job capturing the evening in video and photos so that we have great memory joggers from our time. We will definitely be back for another class the next time we are in Florence.
- We had the absolute best time at cooking class with Tamara and Alfredo. They were so incredibly helpful for learning cooking techniques for us to take home to cook for our family and we had a blast. They welcome you into their home and make the entire experience so lovely. We truly could not recommend this experience more! The pasta was incredible and my husband can not stop raving about how delicious the tiramisu was. We will remember this as a highlight of our time in Florence for sure!
