Food is at the heart of gatherings with family/friends, and fresh pasta is one of my favorite things to make. Fresh seasonal ingredients from the local Sant’Ambrogio Farmer’s Market is the inspiration for all of my fresh pastas. I love to make classic fresh pastas, as well as not so classic pastas to create dreamy flavors and memorable dishes. I love sharing the art of making fresh pasta and pairing intuitive flavors so that you can re-create or make your own creations at home
