I love preparing traditional dishes with passion and dedication. My homemade tagliatelle, dressed with tomato and wild boar ragù, are a unique experience. In addition to this, I offer other Tuscan delights such as tomato bread soup, ribollita, and panzanella. My pasta in bean cream and gnudi with tomato are dishes that captivate even the most demanding palates. Crostini is not missing, from pheasant pâté to chicken liver crostini. For meat lovers, the roast pork with orange is a true delight. Homemade focaccia and bread add a rustic and genuine touch to the meal. And to finish on a sweet note, I propose a selection of typical Tuscan desserts such as tiramisu, chestnut cake, coffee and strawberry meringue, homemade cantuccini from Prato, all prepared with love and skill.

We were a group of 6 adults who wanted to take an Italian cooking class. We found Maria Giulia’s class and thought it would be interesting. When we arrived, Maria Giulia was wonderfully engaging and taught us how to make her (they should be world famous) spinach ravioli, spaghetti, and tiramisu. We had the opportunity to meet her family and have a fantastic conversation. We were in Italy for 10 nights. This evening was by far the most enjoyable. We highly recommend Maria Giulia.
