"I was born in Romagna, but now after more than 35 years in Pistoia my home is Tuscany. In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. Luisa was an incredible teacher and gracious host. She was inviting from minute we arrived with our crazy family. The instructions were clear and she included some family and Italian history along the way. There were many different shapes she taught us. We had so much fun the class flew by and before we knew it we feasted on amazing pasta with a tasty sauce!

Very cozy and personal experience with our teacher Louisa who guided us through the process in an extremely pleasant way. She presented everything in a way that is easy to remember. A super coach!!! Loved her home and the cute little dog ♥️ Strongly recommended if you wish an authentic experience of making pasta!
