Here is a Spring proposal of the Tuscan rural tradition. The experience will take place in the large kitchen with the possibility of accessing the garden and surrounding nurseries. You will taste an original appetizer with homemade bread and you will be surprised by a classic egg pasta topped with peas, ham and shallots. The meal will conclude with a fond chocolate tarte

- I really enjoyed this class at Luisa’s lovely home. She was so sweet and accommodating to my daughter and I, offering a special fish dish since I do not eat meat. There was a special garlic and a goat cheese from the farm too that was delicious. Her directions to make simple homemade pasta was spot on and she even lit a candle with dessert to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. I would highly recommend this class.
- Luvi was such a gracious and welcoming host. I was the only one that evening and she made me feel at home as we chatted about the recipes and the history of each. It was like having dinner with a great friend, over wine and great conversation. I highly recommend Luvi, Cesarine, if you are ever in Florence, Pistoia area. I welcome the day that I return. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. I love to make homemade pasta, bake bread, cook the classic desserts of the tradition."
