I love cooking and sharing my passion with others. If you come to visit, we'll cook some of my specialties together. To start, we'll prepare an aperitif with a beautiful platter of local artisanal cured meats and various types of bruschetta. We'll make classic handmade tagliatelle with my family's ragù recipe and finish off by making tiramisu. Then we'll enjoy the dishes we've prepared together, accompanied by excellent local wine. In the summer, we'll dine in my spacious garden surrounded by fragrant jasmine. My house is located just 2 km from the Prato West Highway exit. Taxi service is available to nearby Prato or Pistoia train stations.

- We did the three course menu with Elena, and it was simply amazing! Elena is a lovely, chatty person who loves cooking. We did the class with our 2 year old son who also got busy making pasta with Elena :) We highly recommend!
- What a wonderful afternoon spent with Elena! She graciously welcomed us into her home and kitchen! We enjoyed helping to prepare the items on our menu learning from Elena as we went along. The food was delicious, in fact, some of the best we have had! Elena was so kind and we felt as though we left as friends… Such a wonderful experience - more than we had hoped for! - Elena was so lovely and kind, her home was beautiful and she was a fantastic teacher. We also came with our three year old daughter and Elena was so helpful with her and she loved learning to cook the pasta! I highly recommend this experience - it was a short drive from Prato and we loved it :)
- We had a lovely and experiential evening. Met with great hospitality and kindness. We got really delicious food, and it was fun to be part of the Italian kitchen and taste family dishes. We would definitely recommend Elena and her cooking. Maybe we will make homemade pasta when we get home to Denmark
