Every dish here is a little journey: from flavorful, juicy grilled meats to freshly baked bread, from handmade pasta to crispy, delicious pizza and schiacciata.In my cooking classes, it’s not just about learning recipes—I want to share tips, techniques, and little secrets that will turn your kitchen into a creative playground. : What a highlight of our three week honeymoon in Italy! Lara, Daniel, Sofia (and Black) were the most incredible hosts. They welcomed us to their beautiful home which feels like visiting a living painting in the Tuscan hills. We listened to good music, learned to make classic regional pasta dishes, shared in great conversation and finished with the most delish lunch. I can not recommend this experience highly enough.
