Enjoy an unforgettable experience with us, immersed in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We will celebrate Easter lunch as a family. We will start with an aperitif and a traditional starter, and for the occasion I will prepare a savoury colomba. We will continue with one of the festive classics: homemade lasagne, which on this special day we will prepare with asparagus and artichokes. And finally, roast and fried lamb, served with Florentine-style peas. To finish, a homemade Colomba served with warm custard.

All this will be accompanied by homemade bread and an excellent local wine, to bring out the authentic flavours of Tuscany. An experience that celebrates tradition, good food and conviviality. I look forward to seeing you!

: Lara's cooking workshop was a great success. We were a family with 2 children aged 14 and 8. the view from Lara's home was impressive. We were welcomed with tasty snacks and drinks. First we made delicious cookies, then the best ravioli and some gnocchi and tagliatelle from some leftover dough. We ate the ravioli for lunch with some sage and parmesan cheese. For the adults, a delicious glass of local wine and cookies for dessert. All four of us enjoyed it, learned a lot and will definitely make our own ravioli more often. This workshop is highly recommended!
