Come for a unique experience in the woods of Tuscany in search of porcini mushrooms. Guided by Massimo, a local expert, you will discover all the secrets of mushroom picking. Dress appropriately for a walk among the ancient trees and the scents of nature. If we are lucky, the harvested mushrooms will be cooked by Cesarina Bina, an expert cook in the Tuscan tradition. Don't worry, even if we are not lucky, the menu will still be assured with local delicacies prepared by her. You will also be able to browse in her open kitchen, asking anything about the menu you will be served. An unforgettable experience for lovers of nature and good Tuscan food!

- 10/10, highly recommend! Bina, Mossimo and Enrique were amazing. We enjoyed learning to make various kinds of pasta as well as tiramisu. Our meal was delicious! Bina and her crew’s hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more authentic Italian meal and cooking experience! Any of Bina’s offerings are sure to make awesome memories of Tuscany!

- Bina & her husband, Mosimo, were so welcoming as soon as we arrived! It was like we spent an evening at our best friend’s home! We started our special birthday evening with glasses of local wine and discussing the ingredients and menu. We were fortunate to be able to make pizza, pasta, lasagna, and “BINAmisu” for dessert!❤️ The atmosphere was so fun, with lots of talking, singing and dancing! Mosimo and Bina made it so easy for us to have a memorable experience while cooking and sharing amazing food at their beautiful Tuscany farmhouse table! It was a night we will never forget!
