    I look forward to welcoming you to my home surrounded by greenery, where we'll start with a walk through my family's olive grove, followed by a tasting of our homemade olive oil and olives. Together, we'll prepare a traditional Italian aperitivo: bruschetta with seasonal garden spreads, local cheeses and cured meats, all paired with white or rosé Prosecco.

    We’ll make fresh tagliatelle from scratch, and I’ll also show you how to dry and store them, along with two extra recipes for using them later. We’ll cook the family’s traditional meat ragù—or, upon request, a vegetarian sauce.

    At the table, we'll enjoy wine from the Lucca hills. To finish, a classic tiramisù or a fruity version with strawberries or peaches.

    The best cooking experience for family and friends. The food was delicious. The hospitality Rosanna and her husband provided our group was the best. We made a main course, Rosanna had prepared appetizers and desserts and wine. We had a lovely lunch in the family’s backyard filled with olive and cherry trees. Highly recommend. It was a highlight of our friends and family trip. Looking forward to going back again

    An unforgettable Tuscan experience – highly recommended! We had a wonderful and unforgettable evening with Rossanna and Alberto during our cooking class in Tuscany. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed like friends, not just guests. Rossanna is a fantastic teacher and host. She shared her recipes with passion and explained everything so well. The dishes we prepared together were absolutely delicious, and we were very happy to receive all the recipes afterwards so we can recreate a little taste of Tuscany at home. Alberto was a wonderful host, and enjoying our meal together around their beautiful table in their amazing garden made the evening truly special. The atmosphere was warm, authentic, and we immediately felt at home. This was much more than a cooking class — it was a beautiful Tuscan experience filled with great food, kindness, and unforgettable memories.     Rossana was a delightful host, and I got some great tips on her family recipe for meat ragù sauce! We all got our hands dirty in making the pasta and got to see her very specific tools for making different kinds of pasta - very cool and specifically Italian. After the cooking we had a lovely lunch in the garden. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends!

    It was the best experience in Tuscany. Highly recommended to anyone. We couldn’t wish for better Italian host in their home , from the minute we stepped in we felt like part of the family. They were not only teaching us how to cook pasta and lasagna, but also made us feel welcome and comfortable. We are a family of 4 with two small kids (5 & 7 years old) and after three weeks traveling around Italy , our kids names cooking with Rossana as top 3 things they have enjoyed the most (top two being eating ice cream and swimming pool!). Don’t miss out - we only sad we can’t do this more often ! And I will certainly be cooking fresh pasta at home ! Best experience ever! 10 out of 10!

We were new to cooking and preparing Italian food and were blown away by Rossana's knowledge and ability to make the experience easy and digestible. Alberto and Rossana's hospitality was incredible, getting to walk their property, have quality conversations and getting advice on places to see and do in the area. It felt like we were visiting with old friends. It was a memorable experience we will always cherish and we cannot wait to try cooking the dishes at home.     I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
