    I look forward to welcoming you to my home surrounded by greenery, where we'll start with a walk through my family's olive grove, followed by a tasting of our homemade olive oil and olives. Together, we'll prepare a traditional Italian aperitivo: bruschetta with seasonal garden spreads, local cheeses and cured meats, all paired with white or rosé Prosecco.

    We’ll make fresh tagliatelle from scratch, and I’ll also show you how to dry and store them, along with two extra recipes for using them later. We’ll cook the family’s traditional meat ragù—or, upon request, a vegetarian sauce.

    At the table, we'll enjoy wine from the Lucca hills. To finish, a classic tiramisù or a fruity version with strawberries or peaches.

    A Fantastic and Unforgettable Evening! We had an absolutely fantastic evening at the pasta workshop! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into the beautiful garden, surrounded by olive trees from their very own grove — such a special setting. Everything was perfectly prepared for us to start making pasta, and we immediately felt at ease. We were especially curious about how Rosanna makes her carbonara, and without hesitation, she offered to show us — such a lovely personal touch! We cooked a wide variety of pasta and learned many different techniques throughout the evening. Rosanna and her husband’s hospitality truly stood out — they made us feel completely at home. This combination of delicious food, learning, warmth, and kindness made the evening an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

    The cooking class is at Rossana’s home. In her own kittchen we were cooking together. She is always showing you how to do it. That was gelaunt a lot for me who is not cooking very often. You can plan the menu before, so she get your allergies or preferences. You get the recipe, so you can try at home. I defenitly wolltet the Ravioli at home. Thank you so much, Rosanna, it was a pleasure to be at your home!

    L'esperienza con Rossana è stata fantastica! Lei è una cuoca molto preparata, una bravissima insegnante, anche per i ragazzi (esperienza fatta con mia nipote di 13 anni che è stata entusiasta!), una persona ricca di passione per quello che fa e che trasmette in maniera egregia. La location è superlativa e la famiglia di Rossana anche! Un'esperienza assolutamente che ci sentiamo di consigliare a tutti i nostri amici che si possano trivare nelle zone! Peccato ci siano solo 5 stelline perchè Rossana ne merita 12!!!!

    The cooking class in Italy, which I received as a birthday gift, turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. It took place right in Rossana’s home, where she warmly showed me how to prepare homemade pasta dough, different kinds of bruschetta, tiramisu, and shared her treasured family recipes. During the evening, her husband gave me a tour of their garden full of olive trees and fresh vegetables they use in their cooking. The day ended with a lovely shared dinner in a warm, family-like atmosphere – I truly felt like part of their home. Not only did I gain a lot of new knowledge and make my very first pasta from scratch, but I also experienced something deeply authentic – sharing, hospitality, the joy of food, and a beautiful exchange of cultures. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for more than just an ordinary cooking class.

    I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
